Looking to manage pain better through exercises and rehab? One yard one has a different service available to you for a range of problems, from injury to lack of mobility and pain.

I am not a registered doctor or physio but have been to university for sports therapy.

This alterative online weekly session delivered by one yard one may be able to place the steps in order for you to get to a new norm. By no means is this a magic pill and all will be healed.

 

Injuries range in severity and have wider complications which can be out of my scope or down to years of misalignment/ doing things wrong. We can build towards a better lifestyle helping you in your job, boosting motivation for activities and gaining confidence in setting new goals.

After confirming you are good to exercise and make diet changes we will begin within a week, as I will need to confirm details and prepare or we can delay your start date to something you choose. This may mean going to your doctor to get clearance depending on your situation. This service will include weekly check-ins from 20-30mins either over skype, facetime or what’s app call to keep up to date and make any changes if needed. You will have contact with me via message throughout the time chosen.

Due to it being online it lacks the sight in person and touch as I will only be able to go off video/pictures and the information given. Never the less we can still cover many things

 

You may already be working out or in the gym, this will mean you will get some things added or changed, while mainly you will receive exercises, stretches, mobility and knowledge on the areas we are working on. This can extend to are your kcals right, sleep, fasting and relaxation.

 

I am not a registered nutritionist however I have covered diet to fuel the body, pre post and during exercise. Working out kcals and macros/micros for someone's height and build and more through personal training and sports therapy to allow you to work towards your goals

I currently work on GMT/UK time, please allow some time for me to respond if you are an international client. Once the sessions are through the work will be down to you.

Start working on yourself for a better quality of life, be more comfortable in your body and deal with some of life’s stresses with working out.  Evolving the pain mindset and what it means to be injured.

 

We will begin with simple things and progress as the weeks go on. I will cover history, pain relief and manage expectations of the injury or area of weakness. I will balance this into your lifestyle and work round what you already have going on from 5 mins here and there with no equipment to 1–2-hour sessions with equipment depending on your commitment and means.
