Shipping Policy

As most of our items currently are digital, they will be sent automatically via email, this may result in the products purchased, being sent/landing in your spam or junk folder.

If you have purchased a service or playgramme (programme) you will initially receive a pre-screening questionnaire for me to get to know you better and clear you for the product, (please read the email and forms carefully before sending this back to me) after which you will get the playgramme or service content normally within a week after communicating back and forth, this may be down to me working out information personalized to yourself and just making sure we are on the same page before continuing.

As all items are digital, they can be sent round the world, I currently work on 0 – GMT (UK time), if you do have any queries please allow some time for me to reply.
