Refunds
1YARD1 Returns Policy
In the event you want a refund on a purchase please email gsc@1yard1.com with your order/invoice number and the receipt email attached along with a reason for return. Add your name and date of purchase as well if possible. We have a few different policies for different types of items.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Time Scale
We will aim to send response of receipt of refund request within 7 days and try to resolve it within 14 days. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution.
If you haven’t received your item yet, please check your junk/spam folder.
Standalone items
Standalone items that do not require contact with myself, are sold as advertised and cannot be refunded, this is usually lost once the item has been downloaded/purchased as its nature being of digital information. however if you are looking for a refund send us an email as stated above and we may be able to have a look into this. This may result in an exchange or partial refund at best where appropriate
Services and Playgramme (programmes)
Services and playgramme content will be sent once we have cleared you for the sessions, regardless this will have began the process and a full refund may not be possible. As stated above send me an email with all the information required.
Items that have not be notified within 14 days may result in a refund or replacement not being processed. This period for refund request will expire 30 days post purchase. Partial refunds are scaled down to the number of weeks elapsed along with reasoning.
In most cases you maybe entitled to pause the playgramme or service and even possibly a partial refund if you need to stop the sessions. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution. As these are custom items, they are less likely to be resold or marketed, please have a look over our terms and conditions, due to effort, results and conditions out of our control they will not be taken into account for a possible refund. The nature of the services and playgrammes (programmes) require trust and information communicated for an accurate service.
