They are open in 4/8/12 week options depending on your liking and goals, as such, time frames may effect outcomes along with effort put in. I will work out your kcals along with macros (protein, carbs, fats) according to your goals.
You maybe want something to set you up to get back into the gym/activity or give you a foundation to something new. This could be specific to your goals or just something personal to your lifestyle.

Each custom purchase will require a minimum 1 week to get your ideas, goals and personalization correct then on top of this each one will need more time for me to design and deliver. Please take that into consideration.

A rush can be applied for where you can get the custom playgramme 1-2 weeks earlier. However please message me before you go ahead with this. If confirmed I will invoice you for the custom playgramme with a quicker delivery applied.
Lose or gain weight, learn new skills/ get experience, take control of your lifestyle, get the "leg work" done for you, get fitter, lock into a alterative evolution, pick up a different deload, gain strength and or confidence. These are tailor workout programmes with kcals worked out for you ONLY with no further guidance from me. Depending on the information/notes supplied there can be custom notes added to make the playgrammes easier. These don't even have to be for someone who is in the gym, you can get a custom workout guide for your home/garden or even while on holiday utilising body weight and other bits.
I will cover a full range of warm up, exercises, cardio, abs and cool down including stretches if these are required as part of your needs. This main section will be in depth with the rest basic unless it is part of your focus/goals.
Once paid for but prior to delivery you will still be entitled to a refund but if the process has begun it may only be partial one, please refer to our terms of service for more information. I currently work on GMT/UK time, please allow some time for me to respond if you are an international client. Once the playgramme is set and delivered the workouts will be down to you.

Due to this being a plan only we have added more value and bundled something to take this offer to another level of evolution. We will also include a nutrition cheat sheet with each plan for a great package.
I am not a registered nutritionist however I have covered diet to fuel the body, pre post and during exercise. Working out kcals and macros/micros for someone's height and build and more through personal training and sports therapy to allow you to work towards your goals
We have the perfect resource for nutrition. Covering everything you need for eating at home, work and while you’re out. This guide gives you the best yielding ingredients for protein and carbs to cover proteins, veg, carbs, fats and dairy, we also go over vitamins and minerals, while giving you a goals sheet to work towards your goals.
You might already have a decent grasp on your nutrition but just want another 1% for your lifestyle. This can boost your meals and plans to get more kick out of your time.
While getting active at home, outdoor and in gym may take time and effort the progress is a-bit easier however diet/nutrition goes hand in hand with working out if not weighing more when taking into account markers working towards your lifestyle goals.
