Evolution rather than transformation
Online remote session for weight loss to help you on the journey towards a better lifestyle. We will focus on nutrition for 60% of the time, 30% on exercise and 10% the rest, as weight loss is made in nutrition, lifestyle and the mind. We will be starting with small changes and seeding evolution for your best self.
This can be for working out from home, the gym or someone who has an active job/takes part in sport.
Temporary transformations are good but long-term evolution is better for an overall approach leaving you with systems and flexibility for anything that may come up in life. As such we have 12-24 weeks available for services in weight loss, along the way you will gain muscle, learn about different types of exercises and dispel myths around the gym and working out.
The main parts we will go over is shopping, cooking, and planning to streamline the nutrition side of things and getting your calories right for your lifestyle, goals and current workout routine. One of the main areas will also be mindset and motivation while keeping things realistic.
With that being said I can give you guidance for any problems and keep you accountable throughout.
I am not a registered nutritionist however I have covered diet to fuel the body, pre post and during exercise. Working out kcals and macros/micros for someone's height and build and more through personal training and sports therapy to allow you to work towards your goals

I currently work on GMT/UK time, please allow some time for me to respond if you are an international client. Once the session are through the work will be down to you.
Start working on yourself for a better quality of life, be more comfortable in your body and deal with some of life’s stresses with working out.
After confirming you are good to exercise and make diet changes we will begin within a week, as I will need to confirm details and prepare or we can delay your start date to something you choose. This weight loss service will include weekly check-ins from 15-30mins either over skype, facetime or what’s app call to keep up to date and make any changes if needed. You will have contact with me via message throughout the time chosen.
I WILL NOT BE MAKING CUSTOM WORKOUTS FOR EACH SESSION YOU DO BUT RATHER GUIDE YOU IN TYPES OF WORKOUTS, TIME AND MAYBE THROW IN SOME DIFFERENT EXCERISES TO TRY WHILE ALSO ADVISING ON CARDIO
You may choose to apply the time we have prior to an event or holiday to add as part of your goal.
The tools you get along the way help you make better choices for you and your circle while also instilling the mind that helps navigate holidays, vacations, rests days and more. That will reduce stress around something that you do daily. Hydration and supplements will also be explored throughout as well. Make easier choices about activities when you go out, or things you want to try while not fighting with yours about what and how to eat.
