The e-book/guide is easy to read in sections and can be taken at your own speed. This can be on any electronic device from your tablet, computer and phone to make it easily accessible.
We have built a challenge that is centred around the tasks you want to tackle, that involves a structure to allow stacking habit (multiple tasks) per day/week, so you can see how much can get done if you challenge yourself while also getting tips and guidance from me daily via message if needed. I will also go over calories breaking down macros to help meet your lifestyle evolution journey.
Grow personally and professionally gaining tools & skills for living a healthier lifestyle. As it is an 8 week challenge you can use it to push you to a date at the end like a holiday or occasion or to kickstart more time in the gym consistently. I will give you exercises throughout if needed but it won’t be as heavy in planning whole workouts as the focus is healthy living for eg sleep, hydration, fasting, working out, better diet choices (this is down to you depending what you want to focus on)
Once cleared for exercise, you will set your 8 weeks up yourself following the guide. I will check it over and make any changes if needed. Adding kcals and hydration markers for you set targets. THIS CHALLENGE WORKS BOTH FOR GYM OR HOME/OUTDOOR WORKOUTS
